FS for dummies – Update.

Went home early yesterday, early by my standards, left the institute at 8, and had a gruelling hour rearranging my furniture, listened to Floyd after a few months, and there is nothing like screaming “All in all, you are just another brick in the wall” with the BEST band in the world. Floyd is perfect moderate frustration music. Is it not? Prefer the guttural screams of slipknot for the worse days though, the days when you wonder whether you got off the wrong side of the bed, and want to curl up and think of nothing but tomorrow?

Calling the assorted collection of things I have in my room “furniture” would have most people rotfl, but for the sake of calling it something we will call my collection of a second hand bed (from my boss) and first hand table and chair (purchased for an amazing 500 bucks combined) and a couple of scatter rugs borrowed from mom, furniture. So the bed went at a perfect angle to the corner, the table was moved to the correct direction, and cleared out the clutter as far as possible.

I never knew that taking 3 card board boxes from the scrap collected in my room in the office, requires 4 signatures. Stores officer, Stores Incharge, Security Incharge, Accounts Officer. For a card board box. *jeez*

Now for the fun part, woke up feeling wonderful today, now is it because of the the direction of the bed or due to the sheer exhaustion of clearing out my room is a debatable matter, but woke up at 6 am today, another first for me, surprisingly refreshed, with exactly 6 hours of sleep.

Read a doc yesterday which mentioned a fact that people who sleep for 6-7 hours a day have less chances of a heart attack than those who sleep for 8. Now there’s something new to think about.

more updates if there are some positive changes in my life / lifestyle. ;)
